A word of warning, usage of the names C-1, C0, C1, etc. is non-standard. The MIDI standard uses the term C0 for MIDI key 0 and a frequency of 8.176Hz. Following this logic, Middle-C (261.63Hz), becomes C5, instead of the more normal C4. Some authors even refer to Middle-C as C3, so the whole issue of names is very confused! However, the relationship between the MIDI note number and frequency is well defined and standardised.
To make the table clear, I have annotated the highest and lowest piano notes, and Middle-C. The frequencies below are based on equal temperament tuning.
